Welcome to SpeedyAI, operated by Speedy Systems. By accessing or using SpeedyAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the SpeedyAI platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal activities or to generate harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Share or distribute malicious content through the platform
• Abuse the free tier by creating multiple accounts
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform

4. AI-Generated Content

AI responses are generated by machine learning models and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it. SpeedyAI does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

5. Tokens and Payments

Free tokens are provided daily at no cost and do not accumulate. Purchased credit packages are non-refundable unless required by law. BYOK usage incurs no platform charges; you pay your API provider directly.

6. Intellectual Property

The SpeedyAI platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Speedy Systems. Your conversation content and uploaded documents remain your property.

7. Privacy

Your use of SpeedyAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or temporarily suspend access when necessary.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

Speedy Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
