Your conversations and data are private. We do not:

• Use your conversations to train AI models

• Access your BYOK API keys beyond routing requests

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, secure authentication (including 2FA), and regular security audits. Your data is stored on secure servers with restricted access.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time. Conversation history can be deleted individually or in bulk.

6. Third-Party Services

When using platform AI models, your prompts are sent to AI model providers for processing. When using BYOK, your prompts are sent directly to the provider using your own API key. Payment processing is handled by PayPal.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your conversations, manage your memories, and control your privacy settings at any time from your account.
